How much time do I need to commit each week?
The Eatiful Essentials modules can be accessed in your own time, whereas the live chats happen at a specific time each week. Allow an hour for self-guided learning, an hour for the weekly live chats, an hour each week to complete the journalling prompts and questionnaires. Therefore, allow around 2-3 hours a week for learning and reflection and then some additional time each day to record your progress after meal times. Should I come off my diet before I start Eatiful Essentials?
